Eligibility
Open to legal residents of Idaho, aged 18 or older. Employees of Athletic Club Boise, their affiliates, agencies, and immediate household members are not eligible.
Promotion Period
Begins 11/24/25 and ends 11/30/25 at 11:59 pm (MT).
How to Enter
Sweepstakes Entry (Chance – 2 Ticket Prize):
- Tag a friend on the designated Athletic Club Boise Instagram giveaway post.
- Fill out the official entry form.
Grand Prize Contest Entry (Skill – 4 Tickets + Kit):
- Post a photo of yourself wearing ACB gear.
- Tag @ACBoise in the post.
Winner chosen based on creativity, expression of club pride, and overall quality.
Prizes & Approximate Retail Value (ARV)
- Two (2) Event Tickets: ARV $80.
- Grand Prize: Four (4) event tickets + four (4) ACB kit. ARV $599.
Prizes are non-transferable.
Winner Selection
- Sweepstakes winners selected by random drawing on or about 12/1/25.
- Contest winner selected by judging panel on or about 12/1/25.
Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted via Instagram DM or email and must respond within 24 hours or the prize may be forfeited.
Odds
Sweepstakes odds depend on total number of eligible entries received. Contest odds depend on quality and number of eligible photo submissions.
Taxes & Documents
Winners are responsible for taxes. Prizes valued at $600+ will require a Form 1099. Sponsor may require eligibility and liability/publicity releases.

By entering, participants consent to Sponsor’s use of their name, likeness, and entry content for promotional purposes without additional compensation, where allowed by law.
Liability Release
Participants release Sponsor and affiliates from any liability arising from participation or prize use.
Governing Law
This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in Idaho courts.
