Tickets & Entry
Access Your Tickets
All tickets are digital and available through your ACB ticket account.

Set Up Your Ticket Account
If you haven’t registered your account yet:
- Open: https://tickets.acboise.com/account/tickets
- Click “SIGN UP” and use the same email you purchased tickets with
- Create your password
- Click Sign In
- Check your email and verify your account
- Return to sign in
- Access and download your tickets
Manage Your Tickets
Through your ticket portal, you can:
- Transfer tickets to friends or family
- Sell tickets
- Donate tickets
PARKING
Plan ahead and arrive early. Parking is limited near the stadium, and lots will fill quickly on matchday. Valley Regional Transit (VRT) park-and-ride services are available for easy access and are free with a matchday ticket. We also recommend using a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft.

General Parking (Purple Lot)
- Open to all fans
- $10 per vehicle (credit card only)
Turf Club & Ford VIP Parking
- Reserved for Season Ticket Holders and select partners only
- Includes:
- Turf Club VIP Lot (adjacent to the stadium)
- Ford VIP Lot (just south of the stadium)
- Access requires a valid parking pass:
- Available in your ACB ticket account, or
- Provided directly by the front office
Accessible Parking
- ADA parking is available:
- In front of the Turf Club entrance
- In designated spaces within the Purple Lot closest to the stadium
- A valid ADA placard or license plate is required
Quick Tips
- Have your parking pass ready before arriving (if applicable)
- Follow traffic staff and signage for the fastest entry
- Carpool when possible to reduce congestion
Entry & Security
All guests are subject to security screening upon entry. To keep lines moving:
- Have your tickets ready before reaching the gate
- Travel light
- Follow all stadium policies
Clear Bag Policy
To enhance safety and speed up entry, only approved bags are allowed.
Approved Bags
- Clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags (max 12″ x 6″ x 12″)
- Small clutch bags (max 4.5″ x 6.5″)
- Medical and diaper items (must be in a clear bag and subject to inspection)
Additional notes:
- Blankets and jackets are allowed but must be screened
- All items are subject to search
If your bag does not comply, you’ll need to return it to your vehicle. No storage is available at the gate.
Prohibited Items
To maintain a safe and enjoyable matchday experience, the following items are not permitted inside Athletic Club Boise Stadium:
Safety & Weapons
- Firearms, ammunition, knives, box cutters, or sharp objects
- Explosives, fireworks, smoke bombs, flares, or incendiary devices
- Pepper spray, mace, tear gas, or aerosol defense sprays
- Flammable liquids or hazardous materials
Bags & Containers
- Backpacks, cinch bags, fanny packs, or any non-compliant bag
- Glass bottles or metal containers
- Exception: Empty plastic water bottles (24 oz or less) are allowed for use at refill stations
Food, Substances & Animals
- Outside food, beverages, or alcohol
- Illegal drugs or controlled substances
- Pets or animals (except ADA-compliant service animals)
Devices & Equipment
- Laser pointers
- Drones (UAVs) of any kind
- Tripods, monopods, or professional cameras with lenses over 3” (unless credentialed media)
Mobility & Large Items
- Bicycles, scooters, skateboards, roller blades, hoverboards
- Strollers
- Lawn furniture or coolers
- Umbrellas
Noise & Disruption
- Air horns, vuvuzelas, whistles, or artificial noisemakers
- Unauthorized drums or instruments
Signs, Flags & Banners
- Items larger than 2’ x 3’ (outside supporter exceptions)
- Signs or banners on sticks
- Non-hand-held signage
- Content that is commercial, political, offensive, or not event-related
- Anything that obstructs views or stadium signage
- Materials made of wood, metal, or anything deemed unsafe
- Use of banners or flags during play outside designated supporter areas
General
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the stadium, including e-cigarettes and vaporizers
- Any item deemed dangerous or inappropriate by stadium management may be prohibited
Any item deemed unsafe or inappropriate may be prohibited at the discretion of stadium staff.

Expectations
- Respect players, staff, and fellow fans
- No abusive, discriminatory, or threatening behavior
- Follow all stadium policies and staff instructions
- Do not interfere with the match
Prohibited Behavior
- Harassment, violence, or disruptive conduct
- Offensive language or imagery
- Illegal activity or substance use
- Entering restricted areas or the field of play
- Throwing objects or interfering with gameplay
Violations may result in ejection, suspension of ticket privileges, or further action.
Supporter Section
Our supporter groups bring the energy.
- Pre-approved flags, tifos, and materials are allowed in designated areas
- All items must follow club guidelines and the Fan Code of Conduct
- Unapproved items will not be permitted
