
Jeremy Fishbein
Known for his developmental track record and winning mentality, Fishbein has coached over 50 players who went on to professional careers around the world. He has coached elite competitors from more than 25 countries, and his players have represented senior and youth national teams on the world’s biggest stages. A keen eye for US and global talent and a proven approach to development, Fishbein now brings his experience and passion to Boise.

Nathan Miller
Based on his global perspective and unique ability to connect with communities – values that align closely with Athletic Club Boise’s mission to celebrate Idaho’s identity through sport – Miller brings a strong foundation of professional coaching experience to the Treasure Valley. The 39-year-old most recently was on the Real Salt Lake (MLS) technical staff in 2024, focusing on tactics and player development, after serving as Head Coach of San Diego Loyal SC (USL Championship). In San Diego, he guided the team to a 2023 playoff appearance with a hallmark possession-based, attacking style, building on earlier success leading Lansing Ignite (USL League One) to a playoff berth. Miller is consistently recognized for his proactive, possession-focused tactics, his proven track record in developing players who succeed at higher levels, and his ability to build strong, unified team cultures.

Eric Salley
Graduate from Taylor University with a B.S. in Exercise Science and minor in Psychology. Hold my Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with the NSCA, B License with the USSF, and the Premier Diploma with the NSCAA. Enjoy working with soccer athletes to improve strength, fitness and the technical & tactical aspects of soccer.

Tim Daniels
Daniels, joins AC Boise after spending the previous two seasons as an assistant coach for the Charleston Battery in USL Championship helping the club reach the Eastern Conference Finals in 2023. Prior to that he spent four seasons as assistant coach for Landon Donovan and Nate Miller at San Diego Loyal SC helping San Diego make three consecutive playoff appearances.
A native of Wheaton, Ill., Daniels coached previously in Michigan at Spring Arbor University, Lansing United and Lansing Ignite FC. Daniels is an alumnus of Taylor University, where he received a degree in Exercise Science. Additionally, Daniels holds a USSF “A License” and has a master’s degree in Management from Fayetteville State University.

Michael Kafari
Boise native Michael Kafari brings lived experience as a player and a deep connection to the Treasure Valley soccer community. A standout at Centennial High School and Boise Nationals Soccer Club, he went on to play NCAA Division I soccer at the University of New Mexico. Post graduation he went on to have a nine year professional career playing for notable domestic clubs such as Sporting Kansas City, Puerto Rico FC, New York Cosmos, and Detroit City FC. At Athletic Club Boise, Michael manages soccer operations, local player pathways, and community engagement — helping local talent access clear opportunities while deepening the club’s ties to the Idaho soccer ecosystem.
